![]() The safe also needed to be fixed because it was locked when I arrived and I would think that housekeeping would check to make sure everything wasn't working order In regards to housekeeping two out of the four days they did not show up even though I did request housekeeping each day The front desk staff very unhelpful very cold did not make me feel welcome. Some of the issues that were disruptive was the toilet got backed up, they came and fixed it quickly but then the last night I was there it's backed up again. The front desk service is abysmal the check-in line was horrendous because they want you to use kiosks but when I arrive the kiosks were down. The overall appearance of the room was better than I had expected and I had an excellent view. It's these types of things that reflect poorly on hotel management.… I am very disappointed that a prominent hotel like The Flamingo values their guests so little. This may seem trivial to some, but the reason I'm posting this review is to make Management aware that rooms are not being cleaned (people were leaving trash in the hallways) and of the refusal of more than one person to provide contact information for someone to assist me. Ok, so who would I address a letter to? You have to talk to a manager at the front desk. Who is the hotel manager? There are a lot of them. How about an email? We can't give out email addresses - only the employee can. They are probably busy with customers checking out. How about a direct number so I don't have to answer all the questions again? No direct number - call back. I was told to call back later! This is how the conversation went: Can I leave a message on voicemail? There is no voicemail - call back later. I was put on hold, and then I was told none of them were answering their phones. After we returned home from our trip, I called and asked to speak to the hotel manager, and was told there were a lot of them. I asked for contact information for the hotel manager (email address), and was told they could not give it out. I was told the only way to talk to someone was in person at the front desk (which you can't get near due to constant long lines). I tried reaching out to the hotel manager. ![]() My husband asked housekeeping directly if they were going to clean our room. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect, at a minimum, clean towels and the trash emptied during a 5-day stay. ![]() Either way, we received NO housekeeping services. The first stay we were asked by the front desk (yes!) if we wanted housekeeping services and the second time, we were not asked. We stayed at the Flamingo for 5 days at the end of August 2023 and another 5 days at the end of September 2023.
